Our shipping costs to Australian destinations are as follows:

• 1 Hat: $9.00
• 2 - 3 Hats: $13.00
• 4 Hats: $15.00
• 5 Hats: $18.00
• 6-8 Hats: $20.00
• 9 Hats: $21.00
• 10 Hats: $25.00
• 15 Hats: $30.00
• 20 Hats: $38.00

Your items will be posted via registered post (this includes postage insurance).This is an insured postage method. If delivery is attempted while no one is at the delivery address, your item will be left at a post office specified on a card left in your letterbox. If you have not received your purchase within 5 business days of placing your order please email our office, frillneck@bigpond.com with your full name and order number.

For International shipping destinations, shipping cost are AUD$25.00+ (inc. GST) up to 3 Hats. If your order exceeds the package/weight limit, you will be contacted by us prior to dispatch with a cost variation that will need to confirmed by you. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. (Delays may occur due to different circumstances that are out of Frillneck's control).

If you do not see an item you require online this normally means we are currently sold out of that particular item. Please check back regularly as we are frequently updating our page.

Frillneck does not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn or "change of mind" purchases. Please choose carefully!
